Applications Now Open for Master Class 7 on One-Stop Shops

This second edition on One Stop Shops focuses on the design, development, and operation of OSS for residential retrofitting across Europe. Apply now!

ManagEnergy is launching the second edition of its Master Class on One-Stop Shops (OSS), focusing on residential retrofit. Following the success of the first edition, this new training will equip energy agencies and regional and local authorities with the expertise to design, develop, and operate OSS. The Class will be conducted in a blended learning format over three sessions in January and February 2025.

  • 10 January: First online session (morning)
  • 22-23 January: Face-to-face session in Brussels (one and a half days)
  • 6 February: Final online session (morning)

 

Module content and objectives

Building on the first edition, the module will focus on the design, development, and operation of OSS across various sectors, with an emphasis on residential retrofit. The training will also explore OSS applications in energy communities, heat, and SMEs. The course will include:

  • Market analysis and development of OSS models
  • Defining the scope of operations, including technical support and finance
  • Financial models, risk assessment, and policy considerations

 

On completing the training, participants will be able to:

  • Evaluate local/regional conditions for OSS establishment
  • Create a business plan for an OSS in their region
  • Identify relevant funding sources and draft proposals
  • Address key legal, financial, and operational challenges

 

Participants will receive financial support of up to €550 for travel and accommodation costs. Those completing the course will be awarded a Digital Badge certifying their participation.
