The ManagEnergy Work Shadowing scheme offers regional and local energy agencies—as well as public authorities interested in establishing an energy agency—a unique opportunity to learn from leading agencies across Europe. Participants will explore innovative approaches to financing, programme delivery, and organisational structures while exchanging experiences with peers.
Designed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange, the visits will be highly interactive. Selected participants will not only learn from their host agency but also share their own experiences, challenges, and achievements with other participating agencies. This will help build strong networks for future cooperation.
At a time when energy agencies face increasing demands, evolving policy frameworks, and new challenges, participating in a Work Shadowing visit is a valuable investment in strengthening your agency’s capacity.
