Plan4CET Mentoring Programme: Strengthening Clean Energy Transition Strategies Across Europe

The Plan4CET project invites municipalities, regional governments, and energy agencies to join its mentoring programme. Participants will gain expert guidance and practical tools to improve Clean Energy Transition planning

Plan4CET

The Plan4CET project is offering a mentoring programme to support municipalities, regional governments, and energy agencies in advancing their Clean Energy Transition (CET) strategies. Hosted in Italy, Sweden, and Spain, the sessions will provide hands-on training, expert insights, and practical solutions to turn climate goals into action.

Three Specialised Training Tracks

          📍 Track 1: Renewable Energy Communities & One-Stop Shops (Parma, Italy)
✔ Strengthening local governance and stakeholder engagement
✔ Tools for CET planning and monitoring
✔ Establishing One-Stop Shops for Renewable Energy Communities

           📍 Track 2: Regional Energy Agencies & Collaboration (Skåne, Sweden)
✔ Creating and financing regional energy agencies
✔ Strengthening regional cooperation for CET planning
✔ Best practices from successful energy transition projects

          📍 Track 3: Implementing Local CET Plans (Navarre, Spain)
✔ Technical support for municipalities
✔ Multi-level governance for better policy integration
✔ Strategies for public-private collaboration and financing

Who Can Apply?

The programme is open to local and regional decision-makers, energy agencies, and CET professionals across the EU.

Financial Support & Timeline

✔ Travel and accommodation costs covered for up to two representatives per selected applicant.

📅 June/July 2025 – Virtual Kick-Off Session
📅 September 2025 – In-Person Mentoring (Italy, Sweden, Spain)
📅 October 2025 – Virtual Follow-Up
