Call for Applications: C4T GROUNDWORK Technical Assistance

The European Commission is offering targeted technical assistance through C4T GROUNDWORK to help public authorities accelerate Cohesion Policy investments under Policy Objective (building a greener, low-carbon, and resilient Europe).

If your organisation manages EU-funded projects in energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate adaptation, smart grids, water management, circular economy, or biodiversity protection, this is your chance to fast-track investments, strengthen project development, and access expert guidance.

What support is available?

C4T GROUNDWORK provides free, tailored technical assistance in key sustainability areas:
✔️ Energy efficiency and building renovation
✔️ Renewable energy deployment and energy communities
✔️ Climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction
✔️ Smart energy grids and energy storage solutions
✔️ Water management, conservation, and wastewater treatment
✔️ Circular economy and resource efficiency
✔️ Biodiversity protection and green infrastructure

The assistance is open to Managing Authorities, Intermediate Bodies, and other public organisations responsible for implementing Cohesion Policy projects. Support includes:

✅ Expert advice on project development and funding
✅ Strategic support for planning and implementation
