Event Format and Dates

EUSEW 2024 will adopt a hybrid format, combining both onsite and virtual participation. All policy sessions will be held onsite at a venue in Brussels, Belgium, ensuring an immersive experience for attendees. The conference emphasizes the importance of networking and encourages speakers and participants to attend in person.

- Speakers: Limited to a maximum of seven, including the moderator

Support and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will receive support from the event organizing and technical teams, covering registration, logistics, web-streaming services, training, and general promotion. However, organizers are responsible for session organization, promotion, and adherence to guidelines.
