Description
The Clean Energy Transition (CET) requires diverse skills and active community involvement. To address this, PLAN4CET has developed three capacity-building programmes for local governments, private stakeholders, and citizens, to be piloted in Navarra (Spain), Skåne (Sweden), and Parma Province (Italy).
The PLAN4CET Guidelines also include a collection of best practices to support effective capacity-building. Additionally, a set of tools is available to guide local administrations through CET planning, implementation, and monitoring, emphasizing the role of stakeholder and citizen engagement.
