Description

European cities and regions are increasingly seeking to adopt integrated spatial planning as a system that combines both planning and execution with legally binding decisions.

These authorities need support in integrating existing strategies while balancing the interests of various stakeholders. The IN-PLAN Practice was developed to assist local and regional authorities not only in planning but also in translating those plans into concrete actions.

This second policy brief outlines how the IN-PLAN Practice achieves this by offering a structured approach and detailed content to facilitate effective implementation.
