Toolbox for travel advice and travel-free meetings in Örebro [SE]

Great savings can be achieved in terms of emissions, costs and time in companies and organisations if employees can commute and do business trips by bike, public transport and walking instead of going by car and using travel-free meetings.
In the Örebro Region, 10 municipalities, the Region Örebro County, the County Administration Board and the Örebro University have joined forces in a common network to increase sustainable travel in the region. The network has created a toolbox for travel advice and travel-free meetings and has started to form travel advisers in their organisations.

The tool box contains arguments for sustainable transports: health, money, environment and time-efficiency and different kind of material as a method of working with sustainable transportation in an
organisation, presentations and transport comparisons. The toolbox is one part in a 3 year-long project and will continue to develop.
