Seamus Hoyne, coordinator of ManagEnergy, and Velimir Segon, Deputy Managing Director at the North-West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency (REGEA), emphasised how these agencies act as vital facilitators in the energy transition.

Through initiatives like the ManagEnergy Masterclasses and Expert Missions, energy agencies are empowered with the skills and knowledge to implement innovative financing solutions and facilitate renovation projects.
