
Selected by a high-level jury, the finalists include innovative projects and inspiring women developing cutting-edge solutions and creating a more inclusive world.
The awards recognise achievements and inspire others to implement similar innovative approaches on energy efficiency and renewables, resulting in wider social, economic and environmental benefits. This year, nine finalists have been selected in three categories: Innovation, Local Energy Action and Woman in Energy.
Innovation
Outstanding EU-funded projects that show an original and innovative path towards the clean energy transition with tangible results.
Local Energy Action
Sustainable energy actions, driven by a group of citizens, consumers, a municipality or other stakeholders, which contribute to the clean energy transition at local level or in the community.
Woman in Energy
Women leading outstanding activities that help to advance the clean energy transition in Europe with particular attention placed on efforts to support gender equality in the energy sector.

Visit the EUSEW website to register and start preparing for a busy three days (11-13 June 2024). There will be seven plenaries and more than 60 policy sessions, as well as an Energy Fair with 35 stands and activities dedicated to youth as part of the European Youth Energy Day.
Sessions will cover the presentation of net-zero energy solutions, innovative financing for energy communities, energy security, renewable energy sources and citizen-led initiatives for renovation, to name a few. View the full programme and check out the speakers.
