A new Project Development Assistance (PDA) programme is accepting applications to receive support services in commercial, technical, regulatory, and governance dimensions for hydrogen projects in Europe. Applications are due on September 19th, 2025. The programme is delivered by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership and will deliver up to 15 PDA services to selected applicants.
Selected applicant will receive free structured expert support from consulting firm Roland Berger and its technical subcontractor Worley. The PDA aims to advance Hydrogen Valleys across the European Union and countries associated with Horizon Europe.
Two PDA tracks are available for selected projects, based on the project's maturity. PDA light offers support for early-stage projects and will focus on building a pre-feasibility project concept. For more developed projects, PDA plus assists projects with a concept study as they progress towards the feasibility milestone, including a detailed roadmap to the Final Investment Decision (FID).
