Are you running or supporting a One-Stop Shop (OSS) for building renovation? The European Commission, through FEDARENE and a group of key partners, is launching a call for local and regional actors to become the voice of OSS across Europe.

This initiative aims to create a representative Community of Practice—a network of practitioners that will provide the Commission with real-life insights, challenges, and policy feedback from the ground.

💬 Why join?

  • Influence EU-level discussions and policy development
  • Share your challenges and successes with peers
  • Contribute to shaping supportive frameworks for OSS
  • Gain visibility and connect with renovation actors across Europe
📌 Who can apply?

This call is open to local authorities, energy agencies, project developers, and OSS operators who are already implementing or supporting renovation services.

The goal is to gather a diverse group of experienced actors across regions, building types, and target audiences to ensure the OSS model continues to evolve effectively and inclusively.

📅 The Community of Practice will start its work in June 2025 and continue through the end of the year, with regular exchanges and joint reflection activities.
