• Decision Matrix: An interactive guide to find the best innovative financing schemes, tailored to each project's specific conditions.
• Finance Readiness Tool: A self-check tool to ensure projects are financially mature and ready before engaging with investors.
• Financial Indicators Calculator: A simple calculator to assess key financial metrics such as net present value and payback period, even without advanced financial training.

These tools are designed to be intuitive, sector-crossing, and aligned with real-world municipal workflows, making them ideal for cities, energy agencies, and regional authorities — especially those aligned with the Covenant of Mayors.
