One-Stop Shops play a key role in helping citizens renovate their homes, reduce energy waste and access practical support for more sustainable buildings. Through its survey, EU Peers is gathering insights from organisations involved in Integrated Home Renovation Services across Europe.
The survey looks at how One-Stop Shops operate, including their organisational setup, services, funding models, customer engagement, renovation support and policy needs. It also explores how they address challenges such as energy poverty, vulnerable households and the scaling up of renovation services.
Responses will feed into a European analysis aimed at supporting evidence-based policies and strengthening the role of One-Stop Shops in the renovation ecosystem. All contributions will remain confidential and will only be shared in aggregated form. Participants will also receive a detailed report presenting the findings.
