The Cohesion for Transitions Community of Practice has opened a new call for applications under C4T GROUNDWORK, offering technical assistance to help EU Member States and regions better implement sustainability transition investments.

C4T supports national, regional and local practitioners working with Cohesion Policy funds under Policy Objective 2: a greener, low-carbon transition towards a net zero carbon economy and resilient Europe. The Community brings together managing authorities, implementing bodies, local and regional authorities, and stakeholders working on environment, energy and climate.

Through C4T GROUNDWORK, selected public authorities can receive tailored technical assistance from experts appointed by the European Commission and the C4T Secretariat. The support covers areas such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate adaptation, water management, circular economy, biodiversity and green infrastructure.

Applications must be submitted through the EU Survey platform by 11 September 2026. An online information session took place on 26 June 2026, and will be followed by a Q&A session on 26 August 2026.
