BUILD UP is hosting a webinar organized by FEDARENE, Ambiente Italia, and Euroheat & Power on THERMAL communities and citizen-led initiatives for sustainability in buildings. The event will explore how the ConnectHeat project is advancing knowledge on heating and cooling community energy.
The session will cover the concept of thermal communities, their various forms, and the current EU legislative framework for community energy. It will also showcase 2-3 successful thermal community cases, including one from ConnectHeat, highlighting different types of such communities. Speakers will provide key tools and resources, explaining how they can be effectively used to implement thermal communities.
