Description
The 10th ManagEnergy Master Class will focus on the design, development, and scaling of One-Stop Shops (OSS) for residential retrofit. This third and final edition will equip participants with the knowledge and tools to create impactful renovation initiatives in their territories.
Led by Seamus Hoyne (TUS) and featuring expert trainers, guest speakers, and representatives from the European Commission, the Master Class combines theory and practice through workshops, case studies, and group exercises. Participants will explore key topics such as:
- Market analysis and OSS models
- Scope of operations: from technical support to financing
- Financial models and risk assessment
- Policy considerations and business planning
The Class will follow a blended learning format:
- 14 January 2026 (morning, online)
- 27–28 January 2026 (Brussels, one and a half days)
- 11 February 2026 (morning, online)
💡 Financial support of up to €550 is available to cover travel and accommodation costs. Participants who complete the training will receive a digital badge attesting their participation.
