Description
The Energy Behaviour Forum provides three learning pathways tailored to different profiles and levels of expertise, all designed to support the design and implementation of energy behaviour change initiatives at local, regional, and national level.
The Energy Behaviour Forum helps local and regional authorities encourage more energy-efficient behaviours. It acts as a knowledge-sharing platform where they can exchange experiences on energy efficiency projects and awareness campaigns, while offering tools, best practices, and capacity-building support to develop effective short-, medium-, and long-term strategies and initiatives.
In-depth training is aimed at experts in local and national authorities and energy agencies. Across four modules, including a masterclass, peer-learning sessions, and an in-person retreat. Participants develop their own pilot project and refine it with peers and external experts. The next cohort starts in Spring 2026. Apply by 17 April via EU Survey.
Online learning course is designed for staff in local and regional governments, behavioural insights initiatives, and competence centres. Eight interactive modules are released every two months at your own pace, combining introductory content, quizzes, expert videos, and practical resources.
Train-the-trainer is for experts in behavioural insights and officials in competence centres at local, regional, and national level. Three modules cover influencing motivation, measuring outcomes of behavioural change interventions, and tools to enhance the sustainability and impact of campaigns.
