EU Peers Learning Lab Webinar: Alliances and partnerships along the renovation value chain

Join EU Peers on 28 January and 30 January from 10:00 to 11:30 CET for the 5th module of the EU Peers Learning Lab. These two webinar sessions will explore how to build alliances and partnerships along supply chains to improve your One-Stop Shop (OSS) and home renovations. 

What to Expect 

Both webinars aim to provide support to home renovation and Integrated Home Renovation Service providers, offering information on how to coordinate home renovation actors and ensure that homeowners have a smooth and effective renovation journey. 

Participants will engage in an interactive workshop to apply OSS concepts to their situation and exchange experiences with peers for mutual learning. 

Event Details 

Understanding the renovation value chain - 28 January, 10:00 to 11:30 CET 

This first session will introduce participants to the actors in the European home renovation ecosystem to see who is involved, where they interact, and how they influence each other. Participants will also be able to outline their local value chain to identify key priority areas. 

Collaboration between stakeholders - 30 January, 10:00 to 11:30 CET

Join this session to discover pathways of collaboration resulting in effective partnerships. Participants of this session will learn about transferable lessons from case studies and will participate in a workshop to apply their new knowledge.
