- C4T Conference - 4th Edition
Description
The C4T Conference - 4th Edition will take place on 17-18 June 2026 in Brussels, bringing together Managing Authorities, regional and local authorities, practitioners, and stakeholders working on the implementation of Cohesion Policy 2021-2027.
Hosted by DG REGIO and the C4T Secretariat, this year’s conference will focus on how sustainability, competitiveness, and resilience can be addressed together through investments under Policy Objective 2 (PO2). The event will highlight how Cohesion Policy can support high-quality, future-proof investments across Europe’s regions.
A two-day programme
- Day 1 (17 June) is dedicated to members of the C4T Community of Practice and will take place fully in person. This day will focus on peer exchange and collaboration, bringing together Working Group members, the Academic Sounding Board, and Technical Assistance beneficiaries to discuss ongoing work and future priorities.
- Day 2 (18 June) opens to a wider audience and explores the broader policy landscape of PO2 implementation. The morning session (livestreamed) will feature keynote speeches and high-level panel discussions, while the afternoon will focus on interactive breakout sessions covering:
- Energy efficiency
- Climate change adaptation
- Biodiversity protection and preservation
This conference offers valuable insights into how regional and local actors can translate EU policy into concrete projects and investments. Topics such as energy efficiency and climate adaptation are central to the work of energy agencies supporting the clean energy transition on the ground.
Participants will also discover tools, projects, and practical experiences, creating opportunities to exchange knowledge and strengthen cooperation across regions.
