Description
Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) offers a smart financing solution where energy-saving projects are funded directly through the savings they generate. Through this model, Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) cover the initial costs of energy efficiency upgrades, which are then repaid from the cost savings achieved.
In partnership with the Smart EPC project (H2020), this Covenant of Mayors webinar will provide tailored insights for two core groups: Covenant signatories will learn how to strategically plan and profit from EPC arrangements, while Covenant coordinators, supporters, and ESCOs will gain skills to effectively support local authorities, including training on standardized contracts.
